The thermostat
The integrated thermostat plays a major role in the tempering process because it assures precise and constant maintenance of the quenching furnace’s interior temperature, which is essential in the heating of metal.
Isolation
The ROCKBLADE electric quenching furnace has a high thermal isolation, it maintains a constant and homogeneous temperature along the entire length of the piece.
This uniformity of heating is crucial because it helps eliminate temperature variations that could create inequalities in hardness or resistance in the final work.
Blade holder included
High-temperature resistant paint. Certificated by the European community.

A quenching furnace cannot substitute a gas forge for the heat of forging metal.
A gas forge heats in 3 minutes et gives such a little inertia. The precision in the heat doesn’t matter.
In the case of an electrical quenching furnace, it is the opposite… Precision is key, especially for quenching. It will take 30 minutes to be at the temperature.
