Non-professional individuals, as buyers, are entitled to a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the receipt of their order, whether received by themselves or by a third party, for an exchange or refund without penalty, except for the return costs which remain their responsibility.

The buyer can make an unambiguous declaration by free-form letter to the address:

For orders at a Relay Point, returns will be made with the withdrawal form or by free-form letter.

To comply with the deadline, the buyer just needs to send the request within the specified period. An email acknowledging receipt of the withdrawal will be sent to you.

The returned product must be in its original packaging and in perfect resale condition. Otherwise, no merchandise will be accepted, exchanged, or refunded. The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

The delivery costs applied to the transaction will be refunded, and if the buyer has opted for a delivery incurring an additional cost (e.g., express, against signature), they will be reimbursed based on a standard delivery method.

For products weighing more than 30 kg, the buyer bears the cost of the return, which will be approximately the same or higher by 10 to 15 euros compared to the delivery costs paid for standard delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.

Return by Mail:

1. Prepare your product for return by packaging it to the maximum to ensure it is protected during transport (ideally in the original package). Include a letter with your name, order number, and the reference of the returned product(s), and place it in the package.

3. Upon receiving your package, the product is checked. If it meets the return conditions, we proceed with the refund using the payment method used during the order. If it does not meet the return conditions, we cannot proceed with any refund, and we will send it back to you.

 

Reasons for Return:

1. The product was damaged during transport.

2. I did not order the received item.

3. I am disappointed with the product.

4. The product is defective.

5. The order was shipped twice.

6. I am exercising my right of withdrawal within the 14-day period following the receipt of my order in accordance with the Hamon law.
